We are currently looking for a Group Head Depositary Oversight Non-UCITS  (m/f/d) for our department Depositary Oversight. If you want to be part of our multidisciplinary team and are interested in this excellent opportunity, please apply for this role.

The Role & Key Responsibilities:

You will be heading the group Non-UCITS and reporting into the Head of the business unit Depositary Services.

• Functionally and disciplinary leading the group and closely collaborating with the business unit head with regards to all related matters.
• Setting up and managing of new funds and securitisation vehicles.
• Ensuring compliance with internal quality standards.
• Acting as central point of contact for external clients, service providers and other stakeholders.
• Being the communication partner for Management Companies Central Adminstrations.
• Ensuring an effective and efficient cross-departmental communication.
• Executing various control activities.
• Being actively engaged in depositary oversight related projects across the bank.

Skills Required:

• University degree in relevant field (economics, business administration, law).
• 5 years of working experience within the fund industry.
• 3 years of relevant practical experience in a similar role.
• Experience with regards to team management.
• In-depth knowledge of the fund industry and depositary – here especially with regards to the field of alternative investments.
• Profound knowledge of MS Office, VBA advantageous.
• A high degree of self- motivation, self- organization and the affinity for details.
• Ability to work and lead a team in a positive, fair and open manner.
• Fluent communication skills in English; German, French and any other European language advantageous.
