The European Depositary Bank SA has a banking license which was issued in accordance with the Luxembourg law of April 5, 1993 on the financial sector, as amended. It is entered on the official list of Luxembourg credit institutions and as such is subject to the supervision of the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF).
The main activity of the depositary is to provide custody services for collective investment schemes.
