We are currently looking for a Securitisation Officer (m/f/d) to support our department Custody Operations. If you want to be part of our multidisciplinary team and are interested in this excellent opportunity, please apply for this role.
The Role & Key Responsibilities:
- Taking responsibility of the whole lifecycle of a Securitisation vehicle, especially set-up of the Paying- and Transfer Agent function
- Booking and validating transactions in the our core banking system
- Booking and validating corporate actions, interest payments and final maturities
- Interacting with Issuer, Common Depositary and other involved Parties
- Supporting the review of Terms and Conditions and Global Notes
- Responding and actively working on customer inquiries
- Actively participating in process changes and adaptations
- Supporting internal cross- departmental projects
- Collaborating with all departments within our bank as well as our international branches
- First professional experience in the financial industry
- Good understanding of economic relationships and the processes of a bank advantageous
- Strong analytical and decision- making skills as well as a structured way of working
- Ability work successfully both autonomously and within teams
- Knowledge of Clearstream advantageous
- Ability to set priorities, be flexible and highly accurate
- Knowledge of MS Office products, further system knowledge e.g. IBSY, SWIFT, etc. would be an asset
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbally – in English, German and any other European language advantageous
