European Depositary Bank SA has a banking licence granted in accordance with the Luxembourg law of 5 April 1993 on the Financial Sector, as amended. It is registered on the official list of Luxembourg credit institutions and is subject as such to the supervision of the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF).
