David has close to 30 years experience in financial services. He spent his entire career in asset servicing and asset management, based in Luxembourg, London and Brussels. After spending the first few years of his career in operations, he covered a number of client facing roles, as well as general management since 2010. In April 2022, he joined EDB, entered the Board of Directors in May and took on the CEO role in June. David is based in Luxembourg.

Robert has more than 24 years of experience in financial services predominantly within the funds industry in asset servicing having started his career in the UK before relocating to Luxembourg in 2000. He has spent his career holding key management roles across Operations, Business Integration & Onboarding, Client Service Management and Depositary Oversight. Robert joined EDB in January 2022.

Jean-Franҫois has 30 years of experience in finance with 23 years in the funds industry. He joined EDB in September 2022 from BNY Mellon. Since 2001, he was the country head of Technology for BNY Mellon in Luxembourg, took an expanded role during the period between 2018 until end of 2019 as head of technology for the European Bank of BNY Mellon in Belgium, before becoming head of EMEA transfer agency technology. Between 2016 and 2018 he also chaired the ABBL working group on Big data and Data Analytics. Jean-Franҫois is based in Luxembourg.

Roseanna has a long career in the financial services industry. She joined the Apex Group in October 2019 following the acquisition of Deutsche Bank's Alternative Fund Services business. In 2020, Roseanna took over as Branch Manager of EDB Dublin and Head of Depositary & Custody Services Ireland. She became a member of the EDB Executive Management Committee, responsible for Custody, in September 2024. Roseanna is based in Dublin.
